"Pronto Legale Moda", a legal advice service for the fashion industry, came into being in February 2008 as a joint project of Polimoda Srl and the Florence Chamber of Commerce.
The objective is to develop a managerial and legal approach to handling business among new firms and young entrepreneurs in the fashion sector, thereby assisting them to establish their company according to innovative business strategies and in line with regulations relevant to the sector.
The future managers of the Made in Italy industry can make an appointment at the New Businesses Office of the Chamber of Commerce to receive skilled legal advice, free of charge, for basic guidance relating to a business initiative, whether newly established or in the planning stage.
This legal service for fashion also offers a range of services for existing companies in the sector, such as specialized training and seminars on contracts and legal regulations, legal protection of industrial property and how to set up systems that will facilitate exportation of products.
